The program is tentatively scheduled to commence in September 2023. However, the final schedule will be announced nearer to the date of launch.

The program is a blend of virtual and physical sessions. Time commitment for virtual sessions could be 2-3 hours, while full day classroom sessions would be held on 3 consecutive dates. There will be a gap of a few weeks in between such modules. Schedules will be shared well in advance to enable participants to plan effectively. Time commitment to the program could be between 150 – 200 hours across the span of one year.

The program is scheduled for a period of 12 months.

The sessions will be scheduled on weekdays and weekends in virtual as well as physical classrooms.

The program covers all aspects of capability building, Critical thinking, Digital Transformation, and Innovation, Leading in a VUCA world, Customer centricity, and Value Creation are some of the areas the program will cover.

The one applying for the program is not just representing his organization, but himself as an individual. The selection process is rigorous to ensure we have the right fit for this program. The seat is non-transferable to anyone. The only person eligible is the one who has applied and been through the interview process.

The program is fully sponsored by the Industries Department, Government of Maharashtra. As a commitment to the program, every selected candidate has to pay an application fee of ₹25,000.

The program is only for domiciles of Maharashtra. As a document of proof, you are supposed to share the domicile certificate while applying for the program. The domicile certificate is a document issued by the Government evidencing that an individual has been a resident of the state for a defined period of time.

A graduation certificate is essential. However, in the absence of the same you can provide the mark sheet as evidence of completion of the relevant course.
